Why "Growth Curved"?
A growth curve is a visual representation that shows the degree and direction of change over time. Because growth curves indicate measurable responses to changing conditions, they can be used both as a diagnostic tool to respond to and as a communication tool to demonstrate results.
As business and management consultants, we typically use a baseline assessment as a starting point from which to begin measuring, and then implement strategic management, or strategic planning, approaches to execute changes designed to help a client achieve desired objectives.
"Growth Curved" is a way to verbify helping a client achieve measurable growth or change, which is how we serve our clients.

Who We Are
Growth Curved LLC is founded and managed by Coach Zak. Coach Zak specializes in strategic and transformational change, helping organizations, teams, and individuals shift perspective, change behavior, develop capability, maximize performance, and achieve accelerated growth. Coach Zak has been a professional technical, business, and management consultant, coach, and advisor for almost 20 years focusing on strategic management, organizational and operational excellence, facilitation, strategic planning, team design and development, and leadership and talent development.
Our Services
Except for ad hoc services, Growth Curved LLC services are bespoke and curated per engagement. We work with organizations on a contract basis for strategic advisory and coaching services.
All engagements begin with an assessment, which is priced separately from other services. The assessment is a situational diagnostic that we use to evaluate current state vs. desired state, identify potential we can leverage, gaps that need to be covered, problems that need to be addressed, and opportunities that could be capitalized on. It helps us evaluate how best we think we may help you. The outcome of the assessment is a baseline strategic plan that can be leveraged immediately, and is followed by an engagement proposal.
