Growth Curved LLC is founded and managed by Alicia Zaklan. Alicia specializes in strategic and transformational change, helping organizations, teams, and individuals shift perspective, change behavior, develop capability, maximize performance, and achieve accelerated growth. She has been a professional technical, business, and management consultant, coach, and advisor for almost 20 years focusing on strategic management, organizational and operational excellence, facilitation, strategic planning, team design and development, and leadership and talent development.
Except for ad hoc services, Growth Curved LLC services are bespoke and curated per engagement. We work with organizations on a contract basis for strategic advisory and coaching services.
All engagements begin with an assessment, which is priced separately from other services. The assessment is a situational diagnostic that we use to evaluate current state vs. desired state, identify potential we can leverage, gaps that need to be covered, problems that need to be addressed, and opportunities that could be capitalized on. It helps us evaluate how best we think we may help you. The outcome of the assessment is a baseline strategic plan that can be leveraged immediately, and is followed by an engagement proposal.
